Font sizes can vary according to poster size. My recommendations are:
Title: 60-90 pt
Authors: a couple sizes smaller than the title
Affiliations: one size smaller than the authors
Headings: 40-60 pt
Subheadings: 36-48 pt
Main text: 24 pt
Legend text: 20 pt
